Jonathan pledges to ensure that all work undertaken for and on behalf of Red Pressures is completed to the highest standards in terms of professional ethics and integrity in particular. Jonathan is fully committed to believing in and supporting peers to achieve their full team and individual potential.

Jonathan currently resides in Lincoln and is project managing the implementation and improvement of several engineering processes on a number of aerospace components.
In his personal time Jonathan enjoys cycling computing and walking his dogs. He is currently in training for the Great North Run 2010.

Experience and Knowledge:
Jonathan has held a number of production engineering and process development roles. He has worked with both small and large organisations. He has successfully applied Lean and Six Sigma tools to realise quality and efficiency savings within changing work environments.

Achievements to date:
School prefect and Sports Captain; Club Captain; Scholarship at Roman Ltd
Young sports achiever award. Identified and implemented continuous improvement processes and techniques which have resulted in significant organizational budgetary savings.
