Meet the Team - Beverley Lambert

Beverley is a qualified and registered social worker with a Master's level qualification in Professional Management and a post graduate Diploma in Training Management. She holds both a CMI level 5 and ILM level 7 in Executive and Management Coaching and Mentoring.

Beverley pledges to ensure optimum results for all customers who are prepared to be open, honest and work towards achieving their goals.

Customers will feel supported at all times to achieve, through a service that respects and adheres to delivering a confidential service, that embraces all forms of diversity to enable true potential to come to the forefront. Customers will then be able to 'control the heat' and elevate themselves as individuals or organisations to the position they desire.

Beverley lives in the East Midlands with her family but is able to travel worldwide.

Beverley strongly advocates for good work life balance and the importance of family life, safe, and healthy relationships. She strongly believes that people have the capacity to achieve and most achieve their full potential through determination and the right level of support that is available at the right time for the individual.

Experience and Knowledge:
Beverley has a wealth of experience of achieving results. Thirty years experience of working in the public sector (health, criminal justice and local authorities) has required exceptional leadership and change management skills to support and lead staff through complex organisational change, while at the same time delivering excellent services through improved knowledge competence and skills.

Beverley specialises in personal and workforce development as these are key to individual success and ensuring change is brought into organisations. Additionally, individuals feel they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver the required professional service and that new behaviours can be sustained.

Hobbies and Interests:
Beverley relaxes by enjoying many forms of art and produces a range of artistic paintings herself. Walking and playing Badminton are her preferred methods of exercise while food is her real joy!

Enabled numerous individuals and organisations to not only take charge of their lives and services but to positively move themselves and organisations forward.
